The Direct Routing REST API lets you onboard Hosted Essentials Direct Routing services. Once onboarded, you can load numbers to your tenant and then assign them to your M365 users. The API synchronizes between the following entities: Live Platform, Microsoft 365 tenant platform and AudioCodes SBC device. Consequently prior to running requests you need to retrieve data that is configured in the Body of specific including:

The Online PSTN gateway FQDN that is configured on your M365 tenant as the enrolled SBC device that is used to route calls for M365 users on your tenant
